The SupportWeb has been used in the past for assigning and monitoring Technical Support Incidents between DP Technology Applications Engineers, Resellers and Developers. Now we are offering our customers unlimited access to the SupportWeb as part of their SMC to submit Support Incidents directly to CIM Integraters for resolution.
